Treatment time varies by case, but many adult aligner patients complete treatment in 6 to 18 months, depending on the complexity of tooth movement. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your evaluation.

For best results, aligners should be worn 20–22 hours per day, only removing them to eat, drink (except water), brush, or floss. Consistency is key to staying on track and seeing great results.

Clear aligner treatment typically requires fewer visits than traditional braces. We’ll schedule periodic check-ins to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments, but appointments are usually shorter and less frequent.
