Meet Dr. Darrel Sherman

Dr. Darrel Sherman is proud to call Longview home. Born and raised here, he always knew he would return to serve the community that shaped him. After completing his orthodontic residency in Houston, Dr. Darrel joined his father, Dr. Carroll Sherman, in practice in 2000.
A University of Texas alumnus (Hook ’em Horns!) and fluent in Spanish, Dr. Darrel is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized orthodontic care to every patient. His friendly, approachable style helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Dr. Darrel is deeply committed to giving back and is an active member of the Longview community. Whether through local outreach, service events, or mentoring, he’s always looking for ways to support the people around him.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Darrel enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons, Ben, Will, and Sam. You’ll often find him on the golf course with his boys or taking a walk with his dogs, Daisy and Sadie.
